Joanne Kim is the founder of Blank Canvas Art Studios based in Los Angeles, California.

Joanne has been an integral part of the Los Angeles textile industry for 20 years. Her journey began as a sales representative in her family's business, where she honed her expertise. In 2014, she took a bold step forward by founding Blank Canvas, her own design firm. The company's name embodies its philosophy: every design endeavor starts with a blank canvas.

Over the last two decades, Blank Canvas has created artwork for clients such as Tilly’s, Burlington, Ross, Nordstrom, Kohl’s, Marshalls, Urban Outfitters, Zumiez, and more.
